Good morning!

I’ve been decluttering non-stop for days. And what’s a better way to reward myself than making myself a delicious healthy meal. 😊

We usually eat salad during lunch or dinner but I was craving for a salad, wait, what?! (Who craves for a salad?) Apparently, me. πŸ˜‚ So I made myself a quick breakfast salad and here’s the very simple ingredients.

Ingredients:

Romaine Lettuce

Avocado

Carrots

Cucumber

Pear

Mexican Turnip

Apple

Coriander

Parsley

Apetina Feta Cheese (Herb and Olive Oil dressing)

It tastes better than it looks! πŸ˜‚ Here’s a closeup of my delicious breakfast salad.

It looks a lot but it isn’t. Definitely enough to fill you up!
