Instagram is one of the most popular social media platform today. I use it for work and for personal snaps so I’m pretty familiar with the app. I’ve managed business profiles but my favorite Instatime is always scrolling through my favorite profiles on IG.
If you’re looking for inspiration both in life and in your posts, here are five people you should follow on Instagram:
I first came across Rachel Aust on Youtube when I saw her video about weight loss. I was so inspired by it and got obsessed with how clean and crisp her background looked in the video. So I went and followed her on Instagram. And I couldn’t stop scrolling. Her photos are very well thought of and I love how creative her posts are. Minimalism has never looked this pretty. She’s the owner of @eatrunlift and she loves photography according to her profile. And it shows! Not to mention she loves food too.
Carl calls himself a lifestyle curator but I’d like to call him my friend. I’ve known Carl since highschool but got to know him better during college when we became classmates. I’ve always admired his ideas and he’s a human wine. He gets better with age. His wonderful talent and great attention to details shows in his Instagram posts. He mainly shares snaps of his travels and #OOTD of different people.

I’m a huge fan of Kalyn Nicholson and when I say huge, I say HUGE. I’m totally in love with her videos and her Instagram profile is aesthetically beautiful. I always look forward to her Fall posts because I love EVERYTHING about that season and I can almost smell pumpkin spice from her posts. She’s my go-to inspiration not only in beauty but also when I’m down and need inspiration.
Tomas Laurinavicius is a lifestyle entrepreneur and blogger. His mission is to empower 1 million people to change their lifestyle for good. I must say I’ve learned a lot from him through his articles and posts. He’s been featured in TIME and Forbes so if you’re a follower of those sites, his name might ring a bell. If you can’t get enough of tropical places and beautiful beaches, give him a follow. I also recommend subscribing to his newsletter for inspiration. I always look forward to his email newsletter on Wednesdays.
Every dreamer knows that it is entirely possible to be homesick for a place you've never been to, perhaps more homesick than for familiar ground. —– #nhatrangbay #nhatrangtrip #beachlifevibes #lifestylegoals #nomadism #digitalnomadlife #wanderfolk #doyoutravel #sonycam #sonyvietnam #sonyvisuals #SonySummer #sonyvietnam #tomaslau #beautifulbeaches #beautifuldestinations #exploremore #agameoftones #discoverglobe #stayandwander #lifestyledesign #lifesabeach #locationindependent #nomadiclife #lifeisadventure
Jess Quinn is not your ordinary girl. She’s from New Zealand and has been showing cancer who’s boss since 2001. I forgot when I started following her but it has been a while. She’s one of my fitness inspiration and I’m always inspired with her Instagram posts. I love her workout videos and her outfits. They’re always on point. She continues to inspire me to live my life to the fullest and to take off the limit I put to my mind and my body. You can do everything you put your mind and heart into. Jess inspires me to be fearless.
