Trdelník is a kind of spit cake. It is made from rolled dough that is wrapped around a stick, then grilled and topped with sugar and walnut mix. – Wikipedia.
I tried trdelnik from three different stores and I could say it tastes different from each place. I liked the first one I tried from a bakery near the Charles Bridge because it was soft with subtle flavor. The second one I tried was a bit hard and probably too much cinnamon that I could barely taste the chocolate. The third one was pretty much the same than the first one except that it was quite warm.
I really love it and I would definitely fly to Prague to eat trdelnik 🙂
